All communication related to candidate search and hiring is conducted primarily via a shared Telegram chat and email correspondence.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is flexible and depends on the complexity of the recruitment. We start with a consultation to understand your needs and provide a commercial offer. Prices are competitive and in line with market standards.

4. Guarantee Period

We provide a guarantee of 3 months for most roles and 6 months for C-level positions to ensure your satisfaction with the hire.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our website and content remain the property of RemoteGrow or its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

RemoteGrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate communication if any party violates these terms or behaves unlawfully.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
